Hello people,

please can someone explain me how can I use skills Power Strike and Mythology?

And how to use Muskets. I think I must reload them each time. I have firearm skill 70+, but I always get message : Musket is not loaded.

Many thanks

I believe it works as follows:

Power Strike is passive; just make a normal melee attack and the skill should trigger (or at least have a chance of triggering; I don't know the actual mechanics here).

Mythology is also passive; when combat starts (and, if earlier Wizardries are anything to go by, every combat round), the game will check your Mythology against each enemy group (and I believe there's RNG involved); if the check passes, you will know the specific type of enemy you're fighting instead of just the general appearance.

For Muskets, I believe you need to use the Equip command to reload them; this can be done in combat, but will use up your turn.

Thank you. I though that mythology can tell me resistances and special monster's attacks.
Mythology also tells you current hp/max hp, current stamina/max stamina, maximum attack range and current condition of the enemy. If the character with the best mythology skill in your party is incapacitated(asleep, dead etc) you lose all information he/she was able to provide and the character with the next best mythology is considered.

Skills like Power Strike, Critrical etc are passive. This means they have a chance to take effect whenever you perform a melee attack(Critical also affects a Ninja's throwing attack).
