Does anybody else find it weird with the factions? Like how killing Al-Sedexus does not trigger the Raxax, if you kill her before she summons help? It's almost like the Wizard of Oz. "You killed the wicked witch of the west? We're free!"
The Higardi Bank guards (and Llorac) do not trigger the rest of the Higardi, as they are a separate faction. Also, the Higardi and Brotherhood of the Ascension are a separate faction (Lord Braffit, Lay Brothers, Anselm, and his protectors are a separate faction from the rest of the town).
Don Barlone, Milano Calzone, and Rattus Rattus are a separate faction from the rest of the Rattkin (they don't care if you kill the Breeders). Conversely, the regular Rattkin don't care if you kill their leader.
Crock seems to be a separate entity, as nobody cares if you kill him (killing him before grabbing the idol prevents a kidnapping, as well as experience loss, and grants access to his chest).
The Rapax ceremony with Al-Sedexus overrides how many hostile Rapax you killed beforehand. Both the Rapax Common and Rapax Templar will be friendly, if you "do the deed".
