Well like the tittle say i basically rescued the guy and didint ask him about the castle , and he left and so i kept to my things , but after getting beaten the crap out of me in other places i decided to look at a guide to see where i was suposed to go and turns out i should head to the castle , and surprise since i didint ask the captain about the castle i didint get the letter i am suposed to get and i get atacked on the road xD , so the question is , can i find him again so i can get the letter ? , this game surelly its hard specially when i am clueless of what i am suposed to be doin :S , thanks in advance for any info
Yes, it's possible to find him again. He wanders, however, and he could be anywhere. Normally he heads to either Munkharama or Orkogre after you release him. If he went to Orkogre, he'll be inaccessible because you can't get past Galiere, but he'll resurface later... probably. (He might get killed, though, and in that case you'll have to fight your way through.) If you have the Locate Person spell or scroll, that tell you more or less where he is, but actually finding him can be a little trickier. If he's in the mountains or something, you may just have to wait until he comes back.

Basically, it's possible to release him from jail but not get his mission if you don't talk to him. If you just show up in his cell and leave, he'll go about his business. If you ask him about his mission, or spies, or any of the other stuff he's babbling about when you open the cell, he'll give you the mission, a message, and a letter of introduction. In the future, though... when an NPC is acting super-suspicious, talk to them about what they were saying and they'll probably give you a lead about something interesting. If you want to do it the standard walkthrough way, you'll need to either track Boerigard down, or reload a previous save from before you released him. If you go after him, he should immediately ask for your help. If you say yes, he'll give you all the stuff you could have gotten back in the Constabulary.

It's not mandatory, though. If you're strong enough, you can just fight Galiere and enter the Gorn lands that way. Some of the encounters will be a little different (e.g. you'll get attacked after the conversation) but for the most part it'll be the same. Galiere is pretty tough, though, so you may want to do some of Munkharama or Ukpyr first before tackling him.

Thanks Bevinator , unfortunatly i only have one save so not much of a choice here :P eather i wait around for the guy to show up or i fight the gorn noble , i think i will wait around for a bit for the captain to show up since i dont have the spell yet , from now on i will save right before i talk to this kind of people :)
ok so i waited around new city for ages walking and resting and eventually i got myself a savegame editor to see where exactly was this guy , and surprise it turns out that aparently this guy is dead xD , so my question now would be , if i kill this Galiere guy and then end up goin to the king and i dont know the frase because i never talked to Borigar , will things turn ugly ? is it better to just start a new game at this point ? :S
If he's dead, then fighting your way past Galiere is the only way to progress. If you don't know the phrase, though, then the King won't fight you. The only way to fight the King is to give him the phrase and then refuse to help him.

If you know what you're supposed to say to him, though, you can just tell him. He doesn't care if Galiere or Boerigard are dead, or if you're "supposed" to know the phrase. If you don't, the only thing you'll actually miss out on is the *TEMPLE* map. The rest of the important loot in Orkogre (Bone Combs, Munk Innards, Bonsai Tree) can be acquired without even talking to him.

And someone else will find the *TEMPLE* map; someone you can persuade in one way or the other to hand over the map.
Thanks for the help guys , looks like i will have to do it the hard way then :)
