I can make a person with an 18 strength and then boost that to 19 with the heraldic sheild at level 3.
Does a 19 strength give a bigger damage bonus than an 18 strength?

I made a Valkyrie. She uses a Halberd. I've seen a 3 and a 12 and every number in between. Halberd does 1-10 damage. I think that 19 strength is same bonus as 18 strength.
