Top right of the screen in quite big letters is this PHYSX > CPU
What is it abd can I turn it off ?

Think it may have something to do with changing the FPS in the Nividia Control
Panel to slow the fans down.

make sure in the NVIDA control Panel, under the 3D Settings, PhysX Visual indicator is not checked?
