So I was searching for the flight controls (Help says Page Up and Page Down, Keyboard-setup says INS and DEL) so I did the 'ole hit every button and hope for the best.

I feel something I've hit has done something odd to my mouse controls, the sensitivity has gone a bit haywire, any ideas?
