Alright. I did a patrol mission to raise money for a new scanner, I cleared all the bandits from the points that were said, and returned to a base for the money. Despite the mission showing up on my computer thingy, I didn't get any money from the mission.
What do I do?
EDIT: I didn't have either cheats enabled. What am I doing wrong and is there a fix?

If I remember right, it's crucial to fly right through the actual waypoint at each designated Nav point to complete the patrol. Probably you don't even have to kill all the enemies there. Check it out.

Yes, you need to basically touch the nav points for it to count. Check the nav map as you go; nav points are red when a task there is incomplete and then go back to the normal greeen when completed. You can use the Nav/Mis button to see the progress of individual missions.

Landing with any nav points still marked in red will fail the mission(s) that nav point was part of.

And if you got the mission from mission computer, you don't always get money.
