Hi i want to buy Wing Commander Privateer 1 and i want to know will i be able to play it with my xbox gamepad?

Out of box, the left stick as well as 2 face buttons will work, but that's it. There *are* options for mapping more controls to the Xbox controller, though. You can use JoyToKey (https://joytokey.net/en/) or you can use DOSBox's mapper. https://www.dosbox.com/wiki/Mapper)
