vendeatha: Is there anyways i can improve the graphics? i have it running in full screen but still its pixelated looks bloody awful tbh. :( i know its a old game But still surely i can change the actual VIDEO scenes to something alot smoother looking like i used to be able to watch/view it on the original 3DO version.
There's some smoother options built into Dosbox that you can play with by editing your dosbox.conf file. Other than that, the FMV is pixelated in the original. It's just the age of the game. By the time they released the 3DO version, origin actually went back and redid all the compression on the videos which is why it looks better. It's not really higher resolution but it is cleaner looking and has the benefit of greater color depth.
Someday, some intrepid fans will patch the 3DO videos into the PC version but that day hasn't come.
