So now my problem is in game, the screen is totally black with sounds. I did see off colored stuff if I set to 256 colors.
Any solutions for this?

Also I solved one problem, the video would be green and then hang. I could hear some of the sound for a few seconds.
Simiar to the nvidia multiple screen issue I had to keep WC4 from using my ion2 (optimus). Forcing it to use the intergrated Intel GPU fixed the video and interactions.

This is an odd sounding problem. The FMV plays fine but all the gameplay is black? Even when walking around your carrier?

In a couple of rare instance we did find a few machines where the default openGL mode for the game didn't get along with certain video cards. Try downloading and unzipping into your WC4 directory this: http://www.wcnews.com/chatzone/attachments/dwrap-1-0-1-test4-zip.5618/

By adjusting the "renderer.cfg" file you can choose between a couple different video modes to see if that help. You can choose your renderer by placing "opengl", "ddraw" or "legacy" in renderer.cfg

- ddraw uses Direct Draw for rendering and does not support a good deal of features provided by OpenGL mode (pillarboxing and video adjusting for widescreen mode, etc), although it should still fix the palette issue in Win7

- legacy mode forwards the game's DirectX calls to real DirectX, bypassing our DirectX wrapper completely.

ddraw mode is currently set on this zip and these modes were not as thoroughly tested as opengl, so there may be a few issues.
Thanks!

ddraw works the best, no scaling like you said but 1024x768 is fine with me. Better than black.
opengl has the same black screen
legacy was visible but had the palette problems
