Well, I am just downloading it. I have all the CD and DVD versions of the entire Wing Commander and Privateer series, however, WC4 and Privateer 2 I just couldn't seem to get working in Win Vista/7.

I am tickled that you brought WC4 to us, it was perhaps my favourite game of the series. I haven't been paying as close attention to GoG as I have in the past, mostly because I have bought the grand majority of games I want.

So, thanks, I hope we get Privateer 2 at some point. I love GoG, I look forward to your future projects.

Privateer 2 was not actually Wing Commander.
That explains a lot, doesn't it?
EA just called it "Privateer 2" because it was similar.

So, don't be surprised if it doesn't happen.
That said, I hope they bring it on board too. The fact that it's not actually Wing Commander doesn't matter to me at all. It was a good game.
