Hi there!

I'm having some trouble with this game. I configured "dosboxWC3.conf" as follows:

fullscreen=true
fullresolution=desktop
output=openglnb
aspect=true
scaler=none

And it's black. Nothing happens.

If I press Alt-Enter... Graphics look good!!!!!! Small window, but I can see the game is being correctly rendered. Great... But no sound either!

I see there is a "Launch Settings.ink" file which allows me to deeply configure the soundcard, the FX card, etc. But here I am absolutely lost. I guess I have to choose the correct options in order to make this work in fullscreen with sound too, am I right? Which are the best options?

Don't know if this is needed, but I'm using Windows 10, both CPU and GPU are AMD and I have no dedicated sound card.

Thank you very much in advance!

Try substituting the lines to this:

fullscreen=false
windowresolution=1600x900
output=OpenGL

You can change the 1600x900 part for something closer to your monitor's resolution, but not the native one (f.e. if your monitor is 1266x768, change the config file value to 1280x720).
It should work, but in case it doesn't, create a support ticket, making sure you mentioned and linked this forum post in it.

Anyway, let me know if it worked or you proceeded with the ticket after checking ;)

Ok, solved. Just reinstalled and edited the .conf file like I stated in the first message of this thread.

Just one annoying thing: this game is continuously changing the resolution, and this makes my screen be a bit mad, like it takes 5-10 seconds in black before displaying anything. And also, since I use a dual monitor setup, every window which was open in the main monitor (namely, the GOG Galaxy window) is moved to the second one. Weird.

i trully wish you guys could add the the existing Windows Patch(Kilrathi Saga patch) along with DgVoodoo Support, the game runs flawlessly on modern machines.
