It seems the window resolution setting does nothing for me. The scaling option controls how I see it. Yet the monitor always reports the same resolution: 1280x768. It seems all I can do is make it large and off center or small and centered. Both don't work very well.

Other games work fine with this rig.

I've the latest graphics drivers and Windows 7 updates.

EDIT: I've worked around the problem by disabling the Aero theme and using 1024x768.
