I have the unofficial patch installed (Which turns the game into the "windows" version I believe.) and unfortunately, in neither DOSbox or patched version will the "+" or "-" keys work (Throttle control)

Now I've done remapping within DOSBOX, but that doesn't seem to be working and when it does, it doesn't translate across to the "patched" version.

If there a way to change the controls in a config file, or in the windows version (I know the game doesn't let you rebind in the options menu, just gives you a choice of "joystick type")
