I'm interested in purchasing the Wing Commander series. All of the games in the series say they work on Windows 10 except for Wing Commander 3 Heart of the Tiger. Is that a typo and they forgot to add Windows 10, or does it not work on Windows 10?

Yes I can confirm it works on Windows 10.

There is one potential issue you may encounter. If you get stutter in playback of FMV, you may need to make a slight tweak to the dosboxWC3.conf in the game directory.

In the [cpu] section, modify the cycles line from
cycles=max
to
cycles=fixed 100000

This puts an upper bound on the number of instructions DOSBox attempts to process, in this case it runs as a 100MHz processor.
