Just been trying a few joystick to keyboard mapping programs so I can fly privateer with most controls on the joystick and throttle. The couple I've tried successfully assigned keys to buttons and axes but the axes are way too sensitive and jerky. Can't work out a way of dealing with this - any suggestions for a good program that will deal with this issue?

DOSBox has a built-in Mapper which can be used to assign keyboard commands to buttons while keeping the real joystick emulation for the axes.
