I can't earn any money at all. I don't use invunerably at all as the manual stated that you can't get paid for using it.. Also me using Infinite Ammo, can that be the problem?

Another thing, I tried using a game pad when I first installed the game and it made my crosshair turn black at the options screen, since then I have uninstalled / reinstalled the game 10 times and when I goto the options screen, the crosshair is still black. It wasn't black until I tried using my game pad.

Is anyone else having either problem? Any help that anyone can offer would be great! Thank you all in advance.

Using either invincibility or infinite ammo will result in you not being paid for missions. No idea about the second issue.

If you're using infinite ammo, you won't get paid.

You can still earn money by resource trading while using invulnerability and infinite ammo. Hauling contraband can be very profitable, but it may make you hostile to groups you would prefer to be friendly.

3x for unlimited ammo. Thanks to some advice in another thread I picked up a second missile launcher, and now 20 missiles is enough to make it through most situations. Give that a shot - the launcher ain't cheap but the missiles are. Figure 20 IR missiles cost 1500 and you can get 3-10 times that much revenue every time you launch just by staying inside the Troy system, if you pick the tougher missions.
