Hi all. I have been searching previous posts on how to set up Wing Commander 4 cheats but i found nothing. Is it possible to set up cheats in the gog version of Wing Commander 4? I was able to set up WC1-2 but no luck for 4.

The solution is somewhat simple. Just create a shortcut wherever you want that points to wc4dvd.exe . Then right-click the shortcut and in the target box add a space and then -chicken (space dash chicken) after wc4dvd.exe.

Then run the game using the shortcut you created and you should have the cheats enabled.

You have to leave the original text including the quotes...THEN space and -chicken!

"C:\GOG Games\Wing Commander IV\wc4dvd.exe" -chicken

You can also go into the options (alt + o) and set the difficulty to easy or rookie (I can't remember what verbage the options are).
