I was wondering if you could set the game to readable text of what the actors are saying in the cutscenes in privateer 2

I thought there was a way to do this but did not see anything you could click on in game options?

You can't, and that's one of my my complaints about the game other than the shit gameplay, I can still follow most of the story but the audio mixing is often really, really bad.
