I don't know if I have done something wrong but with the new version of hte game with the expantions, now when you add

Origin -K

you get the insta-kill but not the invincabulity, can anyone help with this?

Edit: lol just on an offchanse (mad moment of insperation) I went back and checked what I had put in the config file and tested a thery and realised that THE LETTER K ANFER THE - MUST BE lower CASE or you don't get the invincabulity.

P.S

for the new game with the expantions there is now more than 1 config file.

The main config file holds most of the data, but the ones that need changeing are mutch smaller (only half a dosen lines) and have a longer name.

The main config file is

dosboxWC.conf

the two that need to ba altered have the same name with an addon shown below (so its as above then)

_single.conf

_SM2.conf

and ofcourse the same in WC2

How about for Wing Commander 1 + 2 for Mac?

The basic process is the same on Mac

* Goto Applications
* Right click on 'Wing Commander" and select "Show Package Contents"
* Browse to "Contents/Resources"
* Right click on "Wing Commander.boxer" and select "Show Package Contents"
* Browse to "C WC.harddisk"

There are four files
* dosboxWC_single.conf
* dosboxWC_SM2.conf
* WC.bat
* SM2.bat

The "WC" variant executes "wc" and the "SM2" execute "sm2", but otherwise the same. Simply add the command line "Origin -k" to the "loadfix" line to all four files.

"loadfix -1 wc Origin -k" and "loadfix -1 sm2 Origin -k"

I don't know if the "*.conf" files need to be edited, as it didn't work till I updated the "*.bat" files and already had the "*.conf" files updated, but it won't hurt to do all four.

I can confirm that invisibility works and [Option]+[Delete] work - remember it has to be [Delete], [Backspace] won't work, so you will need an extended keyboard (one with the num pad to work), I didn't test the laptop keyboard, so I can't say

Thanks, @RustyKnight! I was trying to figure WTH to do with my .conf files (not to mention which one to edit)...

EDIT: How about Heart of the TIger? There are no .conf files in the entire package other than the ones for Boxer...
