No. Well, I mean they are compatible in the sense that it will still work as a normal joystick, but not in the sense that you'll get any force feedback effects. Every game in the series except Prophecy predates the availability of consumer level force feedback joysticks (the first of which came out in 1997). Prophecy came out the same year as the first FF joystick, when support was not common.
