Whenever I launch WC4 the game hangs at the very beginning of the first intro. The game managed to get through the intro's once but I had to exit the game to check the controls and once again it's hanging at the very beginning. Any ideas why this is happening.

Also on a side note whereas in WC3 mouse control was on by default it wasn't in WC4 prompting me to exit the game the one time I got in. If I can get the game working how do I turn it on?
