It isn't a request nor an idea, because everyone can make a server. I'm more curious about your opinion about this.

Should GOG have its own server with unique symbols for sails? Having fun with others, help new players leveling up, making events, hunting better items, maybe roleplay (I never roleplayed but this game maybe worth it). It isn't that big game but fun for some times, it is especial fun if you play with friends.

So what is your opinion?

I would be totally down for that, especially for when version mismatches happen.
but who would host them? the Tasharen server is hosted on amazon so they are secure and don't have downtime. custom sails are easy, what it would need is custom ships or tweaks. the thing about being a server admin in this game is that it is not the same as a dev admin, so the options are limited.

There is no need for a dev admin all the times. Actually this game worth less till it need a dev admin. I hope they release a version where everything can be done in even singleplayer too.

I think that would enable people to cheat. but it would be nice. you could just ask are, he is extremely friendly.

I mean only the region and NPC control. There is no need of custom items (like admin made cannons) or bonus exps, only the one that makes the fun.
