Last info with regard to an update is more or less from a year ago, last post is from october.
Is the game officially dead or did some really gamechanging updates take place in the last half year?

There is no doubt the game have turned for the better! Much better! During the Early Access period I rated the game with 1 star. Now I feel it deserves 4 stars. That said, there are a few bugs. Not that many, but they need to be fixed. But compared to what is was this is a revelation. So IMHO it is now worth buying and playing.

YMMV, sadly. Game keeps crashing on me after a few minutes of playing, especially if sprinting on horse, or opening menus. It seems it takes GOG Galaxy with it when it does, so there might be some wierd interactions there, but sadly it is currently unplayable for me.

Hope a future, timely patch will fix this, but I would wait a few more days to let it cook.

Scam game. They released a broken game that's even worse than the build from a year ago.
