Sooo, this game's already two updates ahead on Steam. Are they coming here soon?

I really hope this won't be one of those shameless devs that doesn't update their games on gog.

I've just acquired this game and found that there are 3 patches listed.

Do I need to apply all of them or just the latest ??

And if only the latest, which one IS that ??
