I get the the refrigerator door, begin the can opening and time passes, go to the trap door, he gets the sledge hammer and hits the wall 3 times as the dialog finishes...no hole in the wall, just lighter colored brick, no hammer, no dialog. Can't go back up ladder, can't get out! restarted the level, same thing. Can anyone help?

I have the exact same problem. Did you get out yet?

I too am stuck in the basement/cellar/bunker. In all the online videos after you find the sledgehammer you break through the wall and get onto the railroad tracks. But, that never happens for me; sound like the sledgehammer hits, but no passage appears. Replayed twice and still stuck. Any suggestions as to how to et around this bug? Thanks!

This seems to be a bug that effects some but not all, it was first reported to the devs in 2017 who only said it is a known issue :( Anyway, hopefully one of the suggestions found in this Steam thread will help. Good luck.
