Is it possible to rearrange my skills into a different order, so I can (for example) have "Use The Ol' Bean" and "Dark Howdy" next to each other?

It is not possible to reorganize the skill list. That is a feature on our list of potential future things to add, but not sure when we'll get to it.

I shall look forward to it, even if it's just the option to alphabetize the list instead of re-arranging it at will. :-)
