the game is delayed on gog. It was a screw up with the publisher or something they told me in a email. I guess all the people that pre ordered got it. It says late April at the latest.
Not on EGS either. I wonder if it's a coincidence with the Engine partnership between the two for the next Witcher.

Expecting a release scheduled months ago to be delayed by at most another month seems to be more than a case of "they didn't give us the exe yet"
Yeah he's right about the delay.

We regret to inform you that Weird West will not be available on GOG on the global release day March 31st.
We're working on resolving this issue together with the publisher and aim to have the title released in the second half of April at the latest.

We have decided to send you a giftable code for Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive & Desperados 2: Cooper's Revenge as a compensation for this unforeseen delay.
Additionally, if you choose to refrain from submitting a refund request, the Weird West Soundtrack will be added to your GOG library free of charge once Weird West is made available on GOG.

Your unique code: L6AE4BDF42A36E7CA3
You can redeem it here.

While we continue our efforts of bringing the game to our store as soon as possible, we wanted to remind you that you are eligible for a GOG Wallet Funds conversion or a full cash refund of your purchase.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding while we work on resolving this issue without delay.

(If you haven't used the code and want to, you might want to edit it out before someone grabs it.)

You block that code?
I already redeemed it. Code isn't worth anything anymore
For those looking for additional information, there has been some discussion about this in these threads:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/preorder_weird_west_b1aa6
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/games_that_treat_gog_customers_as_second_class_citizens_v2

Here's the only quote from someone on the dev team I could find (from the Weird West Discord):

"Same time and day for all platforms (except GoG which is later in April cause... its not done yet :P)" (from Julien Roby, Exec Producer)

We've also tried pinging Julien Roby directly on the Discord to get some proper information on what went wrong, but so far, it's silence from the dev team.

It has to be on Gogs end. I got the steam version so I can play today. Other than a bit of optimization the game is fine. Someone didn't do something right some where.
My WW2 era kupuna had his own GI acronym for situations like this: SNAFUBAR. To which we'd add: c'est la vie. ((;--))
