This game seems perfect for gnu/linux operating systems. Was it too difficult to create a version for this operating system as well? I think you would have many more customers.

Me too, for what it's worth. Over in steam land, most people on ProtonDB have got it working with proton, though there are a number of reports of it not. For me, it's worth a try and a hope that I can get it working on Wine. But I certainly agree a native Linux version would be great.
