I really tried hard to find a realistic explanation for stupid behaviour of the team, but there is no. Normal situation, a single, weak enemy is spotted and people are going crazy and going rampage.

There is no rational explanation for it. Oh there is an ant, we can kill with two shots, i'm going to go rampage and run through the fucking cave. rly?!

Takes me out of experience due to unrealism.

Fix it.

ps. i have 6 chr leadership character and they are in range.

What are you writing about? What "unrealism"? Do you have ANY real experience with world damaged by nuclear war? Do you have ANY real experience with people born and raised in "post-apocalyptic" world?

It's a game! In that virtual "world of wasteland" people can behave really strange... ;-)

You has a NPC with 6 points in the leadership skilk? or you has a character with 6 in the charisma attribute?

Is the leadership skill which avoid others characters to go berserker, the difference between charisma and leadership is well explained in the description of both of them.

Charisma = 6
Leadership = 5

Charisma will impact on the leadership radius (For the extra bonus in % attack).
The level 5 is enough at the beginning, however as t he NPC recruits grow in level will be more rebels, therefore you need to upgrade the skill. IF I remember well there is a indicator in the NPC recruit of the Leadership value required (at least I saw once time when my leadership PC was dead).
I know how the mechanics work... I'm at the beginning. A stupid bug makes them insane. 1 single one

sear: The chance to go rogue isn't a function of how many enemies there are or their relative strength. It's simply a per-turn percentage check based on the CNPC's base rogue chance, and decreased by your party's maximum Leadership skill.

Different CNPCs have different base chances to go rogue, which reflects their personalities (i.e. some CNPCs panic more, others don't like taking orders).
I will add that I did find this a bit annoying. While I appreciate some npcs don`t like taking orders, etc, I find it hard to believe that some would just run and do their own thing when it`s quite clear (to Human eyes) that it`s a bad idea. Perhaps it would be better to have the Follower `cut loose` when the battle is clearly in the team`s favour? ie, the number of friends to enemy is whittled down 3:1? And reduce the chances of Followers shooting off to a much less of a %? I would even add, make them obey orders once injured or simply flee, but not decide to break away to fight separately.

I do a lot of `drag and bagging` tactics to beat foes which would be otherwise impossible (Honey Badgers in caves!) and, boy, she ruined it every time by being `independent`. I kept thinking to myself, `What do want, woman? Independence or your life? FOLLOW MY ORDERS!"

Yea, she died and that part took me hours to do and I just couldn`t face reloading just to get her back. We said a small prayer before moving on...

All fun though and actually a very good game, once you know what you`re doing! :)
