I wonder though, why does it look like an indie game while costing like an AAA game? 40 euro on GOG. On the Humble Store it's even more expensive – 55 euro. I don't want to sound insulting, but it seems pretty expensive. For example Shadowrun Returns which looks pretty similar only costs 11 euro.

Not only was it highly anticipated, the game is also shock full of content. Some are saying 60-80 hours for a single playthrough. The only thing "indie" about this game are the modest visuals, the rest is well beyond what you will find in a 2014 AAA title.

I think 40 is the standard price, 60 is unfortunately becoming the new standart price like it's already on consoles. Especially with Activision games.
The 55 on Humble Bundle Store is for the Digital Deluxe Version. Shadow run is pretty old and was 2 million cheaper.
