If you have gotten access to the Citadel then maybe you know what I am talking about :). Who let their innate curiosity get control and push the button just to see what would happen?

That is the problem when you has curiosity... but then again... was old... OLD! How damned was still working? (At least Vargas will not have time to be angry)

Heh yeah - I guess the 'Examine' text should have been a clue, but still... a shiny button to push? I think my main character has a bit too much Kender curiosity :p

I did. Made me cry because I didn't save like for two hours. :)

After that 'incident', I can understand why some of the Rangers doubt in Vargas' leadership. He should have at least locked that thing in a glass case. Even credit cards on display have more security. :D
I did and I couldn't believe it :D

OTOH, _thats_ what I love about the game so much, besides the crashes, of course.
I did, too. Laughed my ass off. Though something didn't seem right from the start. How exactly do you 'converse' with a nuke? That may have been what 'set it off' for me.
Everyone I know, including myself. have pushed the damn button.

I was expecting nothing to be honest, because who in their right minds would keep a live warhead in a easily assessable area?

Same! That guy gives tours in that museum. Why the heck would he risk one of the tour takers tripping over his shoelaces and landing on that button?

Insaaaaaane.

I would be greatly disappointed if that nuke isn't used in the final battle or something.
Has anybody pushed (or found function of) THE OTHER red button? I mean, one in the Hollywood sewers...

Haven't gotten there yet, but you can be assured that I will most likely push the button.. just to see what happens (This time I will throw down a save right before doing so though :p)

I think I might make it a habit to push the citadel button every playthrough... just to 'initiate' my PC's into the world heh
Why wouldn't you push the button?

Never saw "Dark Star", I take it? Or that episode of Star Trek: Voyager where the bomb took over the EMH's program?

Sure. I've got Dark Star on DVD. But the citadel nuke was not dressed up to look like a cute beach ball. And it certainly did not seem interested in debating philosophy.
Wait, the beach ball was the alien, wasn't it?
