I live in the US, specifically Oregon, and am wondering if the game is gonna come out at midnight on the twelfth or like at 8 or 9 in the morning. Anybody here know?

Typically, GOG releases tend to show up around 3/4AM in the morning on the day of release in the PST timezone; occasionally later if there are delays.
