Please advise, I want to edit the recruit starting perk (to be more precise delete vulture's cry tactical positioning).
Is it possible?

I found several save editors.

nexusmods com/wasteland2/mods/25 - This one cannot edit perks at all.

mybyteideas com/WL2/ - This one is able to edit perks and that works for 4 main characters, but not for recruits. Even if I delete the recruit perk in the editor, the perk still exists in-game.

nexusmods com/wasteland2/mods/54 - This one I cannot use, looks like does not work anymore. Tried with different python versions from 3.2 to 3.9, there is always some error message when you try to open the save file in the editor.

I also tried to edit the save file in netepad++. I was able to add a perk to recruit such a way, but not delete. After deleting the perk in the file, it still exists in-game.

Any advice?
