The dropdown menu to select the resolution does not work properly. It seems to have an invisible quality to it.

You can click the dropdown and then click somewhere below it and it will change. But I cannot get it any higher than around 1176x664 now.

I have tried going to windowed to see if it will appear and back, but nothing.

It's a bug I've seen as well. A possible workaround is to start the game, finish character creation, and then access the menu when you're on the world map. The dropdown should appear and your desired resolution and refresh rate should be available!
