hey wasteland 3 just vanished in gog galaxy

the game is installed and i already played for quite some time

still the icon for the game just vanished even when i search for wasteland it doesnt show up anymore
wtf happened ?

Same thing just happened to me actually, I still have it installed and everything but it doesn't even come up if I search it.

my 1st thought is maybe your antivirus tagged it as malware or something
try checking the logs for you Antivirus software

if it did kill your games exe file then just put it in the AV's whitelist

Wow, okay, so it's not just me. What I did is I went to the GOG website, it'll show up on your account's games (at least it still does for me). You can click "Download and Install Now", run the .exe and it should open up Wasteland 3's Galaxy page where you can click play if you installed it. BUT, the game still isn't showing in my GOG Galaxy library, so something fucky is going on.

Problem is that it's just not showing up in the launcher at all. I can still launch the game if I go to the install directory manually.

Same problem here, I can launch it from the desktop shortcut (which has no image), but it's not in my gog launcher.

Yep, same issue. Was playing this morning, showed up in Galaxy. Went to start it this evening and it is gone. It doesn't even show it for my Game Pass subscription either. It seems it is on GOG's side as the game is installed and not flagged by anti-virus. I can run it from the shortcut on the desktop.

But it absolutely does not show up listed in Galaxy, not even in my recently played games.

Same happened to me, i think it's a problem wth gog no recognizing the game (it doesn't even show when you search the game in the database to connect it if it were on another platform)

Happening here, too. What I discovered is that you can see the game (or at least I can see the game) if you go to your "Activity" tab. It was the top-listed game for me there. I then browsed to the Wasteland 3 game homepage and bookmarked the game so that it shows up on my main "Games" list. Hope that helps people until GOG fixes the issue.

Same. I had to go to my account in the browser and use the Download and Install Now button. When it came up, I just bookmarked it.

Same thing happened to me. I played it this morning without any problems and it was gone in the "owned games", "installed games", and search bar results this evening. At least it's still in the store and in the activity bar.

Until this issue gets resolved, I suggest all of you access from the activity bar and bookmark the game.

...Or you could just play it without Galaxy, 'cause it's, you know, DRM-free.

Same issue here. Likely related to the 1.0.6 update that was rolled out today.

Same here. The folder is there, I can launch it from the folder, plays fine, but it's not in my GoG Galaxy library. Windows 7.
