Bought Wasteland 3 on sale, got the Colorado Collection and the Deluxe Edition Upgrade. I know the deluxe edition is just extra goodies like soundtracks the art-book and wallpapers, but under the download page for the Linux and Mac versions there is a "Wasteland 3 - Deluxe Edition Upgrade" file, but it's not there for Windows. Does anyone know what those "Upgrade" files for Linux and Mac do?

Same question as OP, Linux/Mac have an extra upgrade installer but Windows does not. what's the deal?
