I've encountered a weird glitch, whenever I try to save the game it doesn't save. This started to happen after I had accidentally closed my laptop while the game was still running. It also deleted all of my saves and I've reinstalled and downloaded it too.

OS gone "Sleep" or "Hibernate"... and something goes wrong with e.g. WL2 folders. Try to restart or better to shutdown. And make sure it was real shutdown. Reinstall WL2 if needed. Remember about UAC.

That didn't work...
Hmm I would guess either corrupted TOC.txt file or windows registry.

TOC.txt (Table of Content for your save games)
Delete your TOC.txt file. The game will create a new one on launch.
You find it in ..Documents\My Games\Wasteland2\Save Games

if this didn't work try this,

Wasteland stores most if not all of his setting in the Windows registry.
Delete the whole Wasteland 2 key.

For Win7
Click the start button and enter in the search field at the bottom regedt32.exe
The registry editor will open. It looks and works similar to the Windows Explorer.
On the left side are the registry "Keys". They look and work like folders, and on the right are registry "Values". We only need to focus on "Keys" on the left side.

Follow this path on the left side
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\InXile\Wasteland2
Right click on the Wasteland2 key and select delete. This will wipe all Wasteland 2 settings from your computer. The game will recreate this key on game launch.

A word of caution don't play around or delete anything else in the Windows registry unless you know what you are doing. Windows use the registry to store it settings there and you can destroy it if you mess things up.
