Hello,

Can somebody extract all registry entry's from HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\inXile\Wasteland2 and HKEY_LOCAL_MASCHINE\Software\inXile\Wasteland2 and post it here so I can import them and install patch?

Without them I'm not able to install patch because of "Game installation not found": prntscr.com/53qvek

Thanks

Do you really need the whole thing? Anyway, here is what I have in currentuser.

Err, apparently this stupid uploader doesn't allow .zip files, so rename the jpg to .reg.

There is nothing about install location there though, so I'm not sure how this would even help.

Indeed there is nothing about install path there. Maybe you could search registry for "Wasteland2" and maybe you will find proper key? There must be something that is usable by gog patch installer.
Found another location, which may be right. Whether it's in the same place in your registry, though... no idea. There is also a version number, which may mess up things, so try editing it to pre-patch.

Wouldn't it be easier to just reinstall though? Then you know it won't get messed up, and if you have reinstalled OS it may be a good idea anyway.

Thank you! With these, I was able to successfully install patch.

It is not easier to just reinstall because I would need to download game again. There is no chance for messing up a game after re-installing OS - it's just a copying files + registry, nothing more.

Anyone know how to open support ticket/tell "gog patch team" to include "Select installation directory manually" button?
Glad it worked :)

On the other issue, it's probably best to contact them on support.
