I know that the other novellas are reserved for the higher tiers, but I pledged at the $30 level and was really looking forward to reading the novella to get a sense of the world before I jumped in and started playing.
Text from the pledge tier:
Pledge $30 or more
Previous reward + Downloadable DRM free digital soundtrack by Mark Morgan and digital WASTELAND 2 CONCEPT ART BOOK + Extra Digital Downloadable copy of game DRM free for PC or MAC OSX or Linux + Exclusive Ranger portrait collection + Access to Four episode Video Dev Blog. Also receive a Novella on the Wasteland 2 world created by Chris Avellone.
on this page:

I've downloaded all of the content available from my "shelf" for Wasteland 2 and it wasn't shown under the extras section, within the game installation folder or either of these two folders created by the GOG Downloader:
* wasteland_2_digital_classic_edition_upgrade
* wasteland_2_kickstarter
Thanks for your help.
Can anyone quote an official source that explains whether that novella is delayed, this is a mistake on GOG's part or whether inXile entertainment has changed their minds?
