Can anyone confirm if owners of Wasteland 3 Colorado Collection edition can make use of the Deluxe Edition Upgrade or does it only apply to the base game?

Hate to buy it, only to refund it right back. I also don't want to think about any wierd glitches that may occur during that process lol, since I've never refunded a DLC before.

(Note: I did spend time researching, but couldn't find a solid answer)

Worked perfectly fine for me, and I bought the Colorado Collection and the DE Upgrade simultaneously.

It has no ingame content, just the extras on the side. The Steam version includes the Colorado Survival Gear DLC in the Deluxe Edition, but the GOG one doesn't - inXile added that DLC as a separate purchase later on.

As to the 2nd part, I just meant if I refunded, something else gets removed from the library by mistake. In the event some extras are duplicates or something like that.
