Does anyone know when and how the backer CE will be released?

Right now it looks like that i paid $115 for a physical game/CE

- that does have DRM because the CE key is Steam only, but not for GOG
- that hasn't even be shipped while the physical Ranger/Standard Edition is available at Amazon
- i don't have access to the Digital Deluxe Version because the extra key is for the standard edition

You have all the extras in the game folder from steam installation. But, yes, I agree that this second copy should also be deluxe edition not the standard version.
