Ml33tninja: I just experience my first real problem with the game and that would have to be the "Broken Man" quest. It seems like needing a PER of 8 and above just to figure the solution out seems a bit too high. Maybe I am just bitter I figure it out the moment I met McDade but could not figure out how to finish the quest until after I could not talk to McDade anymore. Minor compliant aside I have read some with LA was rushed but I just do not see it TBH. Sure you can argue about the Casino being so small is strange but I have been lucky not to lock myself out of any quest until now. So thought about Hollywood good, bad, or strange.

Belsirk: By that point, almost all the difficult for conversation are 8 or 10, even almost all the other skills (Demoliton, locksmhith, tumbler, etc) will require 7 or higher for any chance of success.
