Anyone experiencing something similar to this or have a fix?

Both the portrait and the character is pixelated and extremely hard to look at.

This is slowing down my game play as I am not able to create a character that I like.

I have tried turning down the the graphic settings and loading the game in both windowed and fullscreen. Still the same issue.

Update:
The first patch for the game seems to have resolved the issues I was having with this.

Do you have similar artifacts in the game as well? How about graphics card drivers?

Oh wow.. Well,I'm just gonna taking a shot in the dark here and say that your texture files might be corrupt. I'd suggest to try and uninstall wasteland and then reinstall it through the installer.
So, it shouldn't be too long of a process, since you don't have to redownload the installer.

It is not a texture problem. The shader is messed up. I'm now quite sure it is a driver related problem.

I do not get artifact issues or pixelization in game. Just when rendering the character.

My graphic card drivers are fully up to date.

My current Specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 430 @ 2.27GHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 (Pixel Shader 5.0, Vertex Shader 5.0, Dedicated RAM 1.0 GB)
8GB RAM
Windows 7 64 bit

EDIT: Patch 1 fixed the issue.
