Just purchased and installed Wasteland and the patch, but can't get the game to start. Double click the icon, and a window pops up very briefly, just a few seconds...then...nothing.

Running Windows 8, if that means anything.

I'm attempting to run the game on a netbook and am having the same issue. It may be because the netbook's resolution is lower than 1280x720. I've tried changing the "fullresolution" value in wl.conf, but no luck, so I may have to play it on the desktop machine.
