Has anyone run into a flickering shadows problem in the Ranger Center and AG Center?

And has anyone found a fix?

Edit 2: Yep! DX9 fixed it. Leaving this up to help future GOG'ers with the same problem.

> 2. Forcing DirectX 9 mode may improve game stability for you if you are affected.
> - Right click on Wasteland 2 (either in Steam or on your desktop shortcut).
> - From the Wasteland 2 shortcut, paste -force-d3d9 at the end of the Target text box
> Example: “C:\GOG Games\Wasteland 2\WL2.exe” -force-d3d9
> Make sure you leave a space in between the Quotation mark and the pasted command
> Click Apply and allow to change as admin then click ok
