I rescued AG-Center. Then I went to Highpool and had a fight with a Wrecker-Fistfighter. After this fight two of my group have "Concussion". I found no way to heal them with the exception to go back to Ranger Citadel (Doc).

But that could not be the only way. You can not walk back everytime to Ranger Citadel from the most distant places of the map only to heal concussion.

Am I missing something?

You need the Surgeon skill, I believe. How many skill levels you have will determine your percentage chance of success.

My surgeon skill is 3. Do I really need a higher level at the beginning?

But I always got the message (from the Concussion Icon) : "Can be removed with the right item or by a real doctor" (Nothing about a surgeon level or that's it too low.)

Ah, you may need a specific med item for it as well. I've run into that a couple times with different injuries (most recent was some type of leg wound).

Trauma Kits + Surgeon skill remove concussions.

Thank you.

I'm quite sure my doc had a Trauma Kit, but I didn't notice any change after I used it. The message was always the same. Maybe a bug.

It's strange that I can rescue a dying member of the group with my doc, but can't cure a simple "Concussion". Even at inXile-forum there was no answer.

Let's wait for the next patch. For now I hope there are not many fistfighters in the game.
