I can't play Wasteland 2 on Ubuntu 20.04 (Pop OS)
I starting new campaign, see progress bar, at the end of progress it fails.
Can't find any logs with errors

Could somebody help me to localize the problem?

Have you tried "ulimit -n 4096" before running the game?

Just add by second line in start.sh:

ulimit -n 4096

That's all, you don't need to do anything else.

Do not bother with Linux version.

It is a bloody mess. Even with "ulimit" workaround the game will crush later on after leaving random locations on the map.

Use Windows version in WINE, or, honestly, stay away from this piece of game. :(
