Is it only me or everyone have this problem? For some reason original icons are missing and all I see is generic grey icon.
It is the same in GOG Galaxy and in the main GOG web page.

I have the same issue. The icons working a few weeks ago, then they changed to generic icons and have stayed that way.

This is regarding Wasteland 3.

was this ever addressed? i have the same problem right now. they appear unlocked but the icon is just a trophy no real picture

No it was never fixed. The base game and Battle of Steeltown achievements are still using generic trophy icons, but Cult of the Holy Detonation achievements have the proper icons.

I'm having this same issue but with Hades, all achievement icons are generic trophy like icons. I hope they fix this bug.
