I came back in the game after about a year before and started over. Before, it worked so that I could learn a non-simple weapon (make one) and when I made enough I could learn a better one.

Now this only works for the shield.

How am I supposed to craft weapons if I can't even learn basic weapon proficiency? (I don't even have any knowledge to learn how to make e.g. a sword, an axe and a poleaxe)
